Corrections and Retraction Policy

Corresponding author should contact the journal’s editorial office in case any error is discovered in the published article. The author should provide complete details of the required correction. No charge will be incurred to the author for corrections. Requests for corrections that affect the interpretation or conclusions of a published article will be reviewed by the Editor and Editor-in-Chief.

FJSS reserves the right to retract any published article if it is found to be in conflict with the ethical policy of the journal. In case of retraction of an article the original article is marked as retracted but a PDF version remains available to readers. The journal also reserves the right to remove an article from the journal’s online platforms due to the following reasons:

1.     The article contains defamatory content.

2.     The article infringes upon a third party’s intellectual property right, right to privacy, or other legal rights.

3.     A court or government order has been issued, or is likely to be issued, requiring the removal of such content

4.      Recommendations proposed in the article pose a serious risk to health.

The removal of the article from the journal’s website may be temporary or permanent. A statement containing the reason for its removal will be issued online.
